This site has been constructed as an information source in able to promote and support Southside Football Club.
From time to time we intend to publish team news which may include photographs or reports with names.
We therefore feel that there is a requirement prior to publishing this information to gain the consent (using the parental consent section of the membership form) of all the Parents / Guardians concerned.
The photos may be of individuals or a team shot, the reports will contain the name and team.
WE WILL NOT ALLOW A PHOTO TO ACCOMPANY AN INDIVIDUAL NAME.
IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE CONSENT FOR THESE PUBLICATIONS THEN WE WILL NOT PUBLISH THEM AND WE WILL RESPECT THE WISHES OF THE PARENTS / GUARDIANS.
To summarize, our only intention is to provide an information service to be read by all and to give our players whatever age group a sense of pride in their club.
